Article 159. If the representative of a juridical person or an agent, employee or any other worker of a juridical person or an individual has violated the provisions of Article 143, Article 144 to Article 148-2 inclusive, Article 150 and Article 155 to the preceding Article inclusive, with regard to the business or property of the judicial person or the individual, not only the offender himself shall be liable to punishment, but the said juridical person or individual shall be liable to a fine stipulated in the said Articles. However, the same shall not apply to the juridical person or individual when it is established beyond all reasonable doubt that due care and supervision had been exercised in order to prevent the aforesaid violations committed by the agent, employee or any other worker of the juridical person or an individual.
(Non-Criminal Fine)
Article 160. Any person who comes under any of the following categories shall be liable to a non-criminal fine not exceeding 500,000 yen:
(1)Any person who has failed to post a notice or posted a false notice under the provisions of Article 54-2 paragraph 1 or Article 107 (including cases where applied accordingly under Article 122-3 paragraph 1);
(2)Any person who has failed to report or furnishes a false report under the provisions of Article 105 paragraph 3 or 4 (including when applied accordingly under Article 122 paragraph 1), Article 109 paragraph 3 (including when applied accordingly under Article 122 paragraph 1 or Article 124), Article 108, Article 122 paragraph 2 (including when applied accordingly (only applied when an aerial work service is discontinued) under Article 124) or Article 129-3 paragraph 3.
Article 161. Any person who comes under any of the following categories shall be liable to a non-criminal fine not exceeding 300,000 yen:
(1)Any person who has failed to submit an application in accordance with the provisions of Article 7, Article 7-2 or Article 8 paragraph 1;
(2)Any person who has failed to furnish a report or fabricates a false report under the provisions of Article 55 paragraph 4 or Article 133;
(3)Any person who has failed to furnish a report or fabricates a false report under the provisions of Article 99-2 paragraph 2.
Article 162. Any person who has violated any provisions of any orders or ordinances under the provisions of Article 9, Article 21 or Article 36 shall be liable to a fine not exceeding 100,000 Yen.
